There is such a tremendous power that comes from practicing stillness and unplugging on a regular basis. The peace that comes from practicing stillness will support you as you deal with life’s difficulties. You may not be able to change your situation but the practice of stillness can help you respond to them differently.

Life is full of changes that can be predictable or unpredictable. But throughout these changes you have to look to see what life is preparing you for and the lesson within it. When you begin to examine the realities associated with these changes, this will help prepare you mentally, emotionally and in many other ways.

Establishing boundaries is good for you and the people around you. Be clear about your boundaries! The people who don’t respect your boundaries are ones you don't want in your life. 

When it comes to striving for success, consistency isn’t sexy. But it’s the one thing that separates those who hit their goals week in and week out, and those that don’t.
