God is calling us outside our comfort zone, beyond the victories we’ve already achieved. At each victory, our carnal nature seeks to hijack God’s purpose and claim the spoil for ourselves. There is a great reward available to all who participate in the kingdom, but it only comes through perfect obedience and sacrifice of all selfish ambition.
