This part is the most important part because it deals with understanding the very core at which all beliefs, values, decisions and actions are generated from - a Thought.
Once we can understand what our thoughts are in terms of where they originate from, their validity, their impact in our lives, etc. is when we can begin to observe them more objectively instead of hopeless and unmindful reactivity. From thereon our decisions, perceptions, actions and reactions could change as we deem fit.
And when i say deem fit, it relates to how it fits into your life's choices, desires, goals, abundance, fulfillment and overall outlook.
