❇️“What are you healing from right now?”
These questions unlock something.
And yes, they feel vulnerable, but so is silence. So is pretending.
So, how do we shift?
1. Be who you want to attract.
2. Say no to surface when your soul is craving depth.
3. Don’t explain your standards, just live them.
4. Create space for depth.
5. Notice how you feel after interacting with people.
So if you’ve been feeling like no one gets you…
Don’t shrink! Don’t fake it!! Don’t hide!!!
Stay real. Stay deep. And trust, your kind is out there. You just must be brave enough to show up as you.
Because when you’re surrounded and supported, life gets lighter. And so do you.
