Oliver Lange has a remarkable career in fashion, retail and innovation. From hands-on store management to overseeing whole retail areas for Berlin and the Baltics, and most recently co-founding H&M's Berlin innovation lab, H&M Beyond. Over the past six years, Oliver has led both research and pilot projects with startups, exploring the potential future of retail: from on-demand manufacturing, to the integration of retail with metaverse and gaming environments and tailoring retail strategies for Generation Alpha.

Dr. Shirley Blenckinsop is a coach for startup founders, high-achieving professionals and leaders - also my very own business coach. 

For a very long time I I dismissed the impostor syndrome as an overhyped concept. However I later came to realise that I've actually been a victim of it for many years. It never crossed my mind to attribute some of my people pleasing tendencies to it. It was not after many coaching sessions that I came to realise the "cause" that was really underneath it all, and that the Impostor Syndrome is more than just a hot topic from a few years ago.
