Coach Kolek ranks 2nd all time in victories at the D3 Level. Patrick Dorywalski of Stevens Institute of Technology has 562 career wins. Coach Kolek is at 517 victories as the Men's Volleyball Coach and 469 wins as the women's volleyball coach. I talk to coach about that record and how he is fast approaching it in the Men's game and is just under 100 games of surpassing that record in the women's game.

Jean Bain is one of the most hardworking, humble and determined people we have had on this show. Jean was a D1 talent at Medford High School, who after his senior year was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease. Jean recovered from Cancer and played collegiately at Northeastern where he served as the team Captain his junior and senior year. Jean has coached at places such as WPI, UNH, Dartmouth, Columbia and now as the Head Coach at Brandeis University. Jean led his team Year one to an 18-11, an automatic bid into the ECAC tourney, and a league title. Jean is a tremendous coach, but even a better person. Many young basketball players in Medford looked up to him as a player at the high school, but should even look up to him more now for the man he has become. Great Listen ahead!

It was an honor to have on Coach Sean Quirk of the Cannons Lacrosse Club. Coach won a D2 National Championship in 1994 and 1995 was an D2 All-American and D2 Goalie of the year. Coach Quirk went an impressive 243-95 during his head coaching stint at Endicott and Won National Championship and Major League Lacrosse Coach of the year and New Balance Coach of the year in 2020.

Chelsey Goldberg is one of the best kept secrets in hockey. After speaking with her this week, I realized how humble, hardworking and truly inspirational she is. Chelsey as well as the other women of the @pwhpa are beginning to pave the way for professional women's hockey and are really paving the way for the next generation of female athletes. Thank you so much again Chelsey!! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule. I am so glad that my daughter and other little girls will have someone to look up to like Chelsey.

I want to thank Coach Poirier for taking the time to come on the Podcast. I have learned a lot from the way he coaches and runs his program. He is an extremely humble and modest coach. He has over 300 wins, 10 league Championships, multiple Coach of the year awards. If you ask Coach about all his success, he will tell you it was all his players' hard work that made him so successful.
