Ben and Albert are both members of Boston Glory, the professional Ultimate Frisbee team in Massachusetts. These guys both are major contributors to their teams current 4-0 start to the season. We talk shop, about the season and have a few laughs in between! Great episode and great listen!
I was honored to have on one of the most talented athletes both on and off the court in Massachusetts Muji Vader. She is a type of player that you want to build a program around. Was her Leagues MVP as a sophomore in this past year as a junior. She started her own charity in there so many amazing things both on and out the court. This episode was a lot of fun and a great listen!
Jarrid is a former student of mine in school. He’s one of the hardest working fighters, one of the nicest people to talk to, and is an absolute menace to deal with one on one. I was honored to have on someone who I’ve known for a while and fun to see the success they’re having. Fun episode and some good laughs!
What a fun episode with this baseball team. Beyond is doing a documentary behind the scenes looking into their program a little bit and it’s great to chat with these guys off the field. A lot of laughs and a lot of great conversation that was had by all.
The Union came on the podcast, and right from the start they stole the show! These guys know how to put on a show and make everybody around them laugh, cheer, and boo them. This podcast is alot of fun, and you will have a ton of laughs. Make sure to tune in!
Bianca is in her second year as the head coach at Medford high school for the girls across team. She brings a ton of experience, where she has been coaching since her sophomore at high school, with the youth programs and Wakefield.
She showed great commitment at a young age commuting from college every day in the spring to coach her youth lacrosse team.
For a young coach, she sure shows a lot of maturity and commitment to the sport. Medford has a really good one here and this episode is a great listen
17 Jump St. is one of the youngest and one of the most athletic tag teams in the Independent pro wrestling circuit today. They have great energy, great athleticism, and really know how to engage the crowd. They took their bumps and bruises, but in the end they put on one incredible show! Check out our boys D- Rex and Picture Perfect Rocky.
The Retired Athlete’s Club is one of the more clever ideas I’ve heard in a long time. McKenzie Mallett, a former captain of Salem State University Women’s hockey team has come up with a new clothing apparel for those high school and college athletes that are officially done playing their sports after their senior seasons.
This is a really great idea and I think she’ll have much success with it. Check out this awesome episode.

Joe Gore is one of the best head coaches around the state in hoops. He was a former standout athlete at Shawsheen and just has his squad firing on all cylinders this season. They are currently at 18-2, are the overall 4 seed in D3 and hosting a home playoff game in round 1. We were lucky to get him on the podcast and are honored to have him on. Checkout a great episode.
