Hello, welcome back 🌞 I have been gone for awhile but we’re going to get back into the flow of things again

I go into a little rant about thoughts and ideas that came to me while washing dishes. I explain better ways to redirect your thinking into a better headspace as well as talk about creating the reality you want to live in, I feel this is my best episode yet and I’m excited to share more with you

This one’s pretty long lol I go on a little tangent about my own struggles and talk about how to overcome those negative thoughts and beliefs that come to mind, I remind you and myself to take it easy and love the process, I do get emotional a little but I talk about the ways you can re ground yourself and comfort yourself so you feel safe and at peace 🫶🏽
