While I am not an expert on Astral Projection, I have been doing it since 2015. I share some of my experiences, what I think about it, and how to do it. I don’t believe that there is any danger or harm in Astral Projection despite the common belief that there is. However only do what you feel comfortable doing and what your understanding and beliefs reflect as safe for you. I have astral projected probably close to 100 times.
