During his time in high school he played at Norwalk High School and transferred to King School where he was a 1,000 point scorer & second all-time in scoring. He finished his high-school career 3x all conference 1st team and 2x all state. He went on to play at Endicott College where he finished a 2x conference champion. He received his MBA and owns his basketball training program- BTSwork.

On this episode, we have joining us Evan Adams, an Undrafted Free Agent Signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2020. Evan originally played as a Former O-line Starter for Syracuse Football. Evan was a Four-year starter at guard With the first string for 45 out of a possible 49 games from 2016-19, including 33 starts at right guard and 12 at left guard. He also Played 3,464 snaps over his four seasons and was credited with 146 knockdown blocks.

On this episode we have with us Tom Kindley, Performance Manager for the New England Free Jacks of Major-League Rugby. Tom originally graduated from Otago University in New Zealand with a degree in exercise science and strength and conditioning. He worked with several professional rugby teams including the Highlanders of Super Rugby. He made his way to the US to coach at Dartmouth College and Fordham University which opened up a opportunity to coach with the collegiate all-Americans. He was hired by the NE Free Jacks and got to travel with USA Rugby for the Rugby World Cup in 2019.

On this episode we have with us Jackson Thiebes, a professional rugby player for the New England Free Jacks of Major League Rugby. Jackson has quite the journey. He's originally from Montana and decided to play D3 football at Lewis and Clark college in Portland, Oregon. He went on to transfer to the University of Montana, a D1 school where he eventually started for the Grizz on the old line. After going all-conference and graduating from Montana, he trained for a NFL tryout. He then went on to attend Endicott college in Massachusetts for post-grad degree to receive his MBA and play rugby. From there, he went on to receive several accolades like an NSCRO All-American, and eventually signed with Mystic River Rugby Club and then professionally with the Free Jacks.

Gil Araujo was a standout football player at Norwalk High School (CT) where he finished 3-Time All-FCIAC and led the Bears to a 9-2 record in 2012 which was the best in program history. He went on to play at Middlebury College where he finished with 63 Tackles, 8.5 sacks, 16.5 tackles for loss, 2 forced fumbles & 2 blocked kicks.
