This week on Beyond Stillness: Stories After Stroke we spotlight guest Tracey Brown who was a nutrition and fitness coach for eighteen years before suffering a stroke in 2019. The following five years, she ran on adrenalin, serving as a wellness coach for stroke survivors. Recently, Tracey was forced to slow down, sit in silence, and face her new normal. As a boisterous extravert, she felt silence was deafening. Now that she’s come out on the other side, Tracey shares her findings in hopes to motivate other stroke survivors. Tracey’s story is entitled, “Moment of Silence.”
