This episode is just a sample of madness to come for this month. Brandon covers five conference tournaments and gives his predictions on how those fields will play out. With Selection Sunday occuring this weekend which teams are the safe picks to go farther and which teams are a wolf in sheep's clothing that may lose in the first two rounds?

This week Brandon revisits Nebraska's decision about Fred Hoiberg. With only two games remaining in Creighton's schedule and one of them against a ranked UCONN team, is it realistic that the Bluejays make the big dance without their star player in Ryan Nembhard?  After the top teams fell last week the AP poll could have had a number of variations, however Gonzaga still sits at the top even after their loss to Saint Mary's. As the season is coming to an end the coaching carousel will be in full rotation in a few weeks, which coaches are the most likely to join that carousel?

In the returning episode of Beyond the Basket, Brandon covers the swirling hot seat rumors about Nebraska head coach Fred Hoiberg and gives his insight on that front. Michigan head coach Juwan Howard has been suspended for the rest of the Wolverine's regular season after an altercation with Wisconsin head coach Greg Gard following their game. As we grow closer to March, Brandon breaks down the bubble teams and where they sit and what teams will have to work harder to claim a berth in the big dance. PODCAST ANNOUNCEMENT! Episodes will now be posted on Thursdays instead of Tuesdays! The SEC conference this year is nothing like it was last year. Alabama and Arkansas dominated last year while Kentucky and Tennessee looks to be at the top of the conference standings this season. Brandon also picks out a couple of teams that will be sleepers this season and may even get a spot in the March Madness tournament.

Brandon discusses the Big 12 conference where the reigning National Champions Baylor competes in. At the end of the season he predicts that Iowa St. and Kansas St. will both have to be looking for a new Head Coach. With the addition of the former Eastern Washington big man Tanner Groves and under new leadership with Head Coach Porter Moser, can the Sooners battle with the other Big 12 teams.
