Are you a yes-person who feels they never have enough time to themselves?

This episode is a little different to the usual profile-raising topics we cover, but I think it’s something wholly important that we all need to learn to do more of - say NO.

I’ve been sharing on LinkedIn about how I was feeling burnt out by the end of last year, and by only saying yes to specific opportunities that benefit you, it can massively help in reducing the risk of burnout.

That’s why I’ve decided that this year is my year of no. Unless opportunities come along that can help me grow and scale my business, it has to be a no. I’ve created a handy little decision tree to help me decide what to say yes to, and I’m going to share it with you on this episode. If you want to see the graphic, drop me a DM.
