Both teams are struggling, albeit for different reasons, but the disappointment and frustration is mutual. Week 2 was crazy as the Aces took their first loss of the season, but they were able to bounce back with a huge win before heading on the road against the exhausted Fever. Their evening was capped off with a standing ovation performance from a rookie! Also, our breakout stars are young and hungry as the chemistry on their respective teams comes together. Also, we had to talk about the physical whirlwind game that featured the hungry Sun and the young and eager Sky.

We're wrapping up season 2 with a very special guest. Coach Meg Barber is the Head Coach of New York University's women's basketball team and this season she led them to an UNDEFEATED SEASON and a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Sound familiar?! Samantha has special ties to NYU as it is her alma mater. You won't want to miss what she has to share as she delves deep into her basketball history, including her life as a player and her twenty years of coaching on the Division I and Division III levels. Don't worry, she has not missed a beat since stepping away from coaching Division I Basketball and shares her thoughts on some of NCAA's most outstanding freshman as well as her experiences going head to head with the legendary Coach Geno Auriemma! She also sheds light on how the growth of women's basketball has trickled down to NYU and the school's universal reach has helped her team go global next season.

We have a new champion! Congrats to the South Carolina Gamecocks on an UNDEFEATED season and taking home the title! This week, we break down the last part of the journey that led to the national title…the Final Four! From record viewership to a controversial call with only seconds to spare, the final three games left no stone unturned. The offense was hot, but it was South Carolina’s defense that had them reigning supreme.
