Top Tips:

• Ask yourself what you want the goal of this gathering/holiday to be. Fixate on that goal and make plans to achieve it.
• Make sure in that family time you still have personal space, this can help with triggers.
• Watch out for emotional sunburns, things we carry with us that make us extra sensitive because of how we grew up.

• Try batching your work. Doing the same type of work once a week can help it feel less overwhelming.
