As we celebrate Thanksgiving this week, we are reminded that God says we are to be thankful. Having a thankful heart is not innate. It is learned. Looking at the story of the ten lepers shows us that Thanksgiving is a condition of the heart.

The truth is that walking with Jesus does not keep us from experiencing storms in life. The disciples were with Jesus in a boat when a great storm arose. Fear gripped them as they ran to the Lord. What Jesus speaks to the storm is peace, but what He speaks to the disciples is something that will change our perspective and alleviate our fears.

We had so much fun in the month of October by sharing four podcasts in our theme called “God Says” that we decided to continue this series through the month of November! God Says Listen To Me is our focus today. God has been speaking to his creation since the garden of Eden…and He is still speaking to us today. The question we need to ask ourselves is this: “Am I listening?”
