There are a number of misconceived notions that non-Catholics may believe about the role of Mary within the Catholic Church. It's important to understand her relationship, both to dispel these notions and to grow in our faith. Fr. Jesse provides a Gospel reflection on the 4th Sunday of Advent to dive into the role of Mary, and how her relationship with Jesus, and with us, can assist us on our faith journey.
Special Guest: Fr. Jesse Garcia.

You can search far and wide, but you'll never find a first-class relic of the Blessed Virgin Mary. That's because as Catholics, we firmly believe her to have been assumed, body and soul, into heaven! But she left some cool stuff behind, including her veil! Fresh off the news that we'll be receiving a piece of the veil as our 28th relic coming to our parish, Nate and Gomer sit down to talk about Mary, how cool she is, and how even cooler it is that we're getting a second-class relic from her. Tune in!

On July 13, 1917, an apparition of Our Lady occured in Fátima, Portugal. It was an incredible moment that came with two special requests from the Virgin Mary - the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of reparation on the First Saturdays. For Katrina Leyden, a long-time parishioner of St. Anthony, the second request was one that required action.
Using our parish as the founding site for a new way to fulfill this request, Katrina helped create a unique and efficient way of making it easier for the Catholic faithful to make the First Saturday, and this apostolate has now spread around the world.
Katrina sits down with Nate to talk about her fateful trip to Fátima, what a Communal First Saturday looks like, and much more. Tune in now to learn about this incredible prayer opportunity here in The Woodlands!
Special Guest: Katrina Leyden.
