Jay started from very humble beginnings, living in Trinidad until the age of 11. He came to the United States and settled in a very small apartment in New York City with his family.

Luis Romano is a Lehigh Valley Realtor with Allentown City Realty. Luis worked at an airport in the Dominican Republic and came to the United States at the age of 17 after making enough money for a plane ticket. Luis went to school in the US and received his certifications in technology and worked in the information technology field. Luis eventually hosted a radio show and podcast, which prompted him to become a real estate agent after discovering the enjoyment he felt from meeting and talking with people.

Katherine is a young realtor who just closed her first deal at 19 years old. She has great aspirations for her future as a real estate agent.

This week's episode is a short conversation with Nehemiah Lindo. Nehemiah is a real estate agent with Keller Williams. He decided to become a Realtor part time while also going to college. He became successful at his job in real estate and hired his wife as an assistant to help him. He eventually hired additional agents and formed a team. Today, Nehemiah leads a successful team of five, closing over 150 deals a year.

In this episode of beyond the closing, our guest Brad Modrich tells us his story. Brad is a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and motivational speaker. Brad started from humble beginning and was born and raised in Allentown, PA by a single mother. Brad was a high school dropout and eventually incarcerated. Those events have completely changed his world and mindset. He is committed to changing peoples lives and making a difference.
