In this episode we reflect on the core concepts from Matthew 11:28 in this scripture Jesus is offering relief—not from a distance, but through a relationship with Him.

• “Come to me” → It’s personal. Not a system, not rules—an invitation to Himself.
• “Weary and burdened” → This includes emotional stress, guilt, religious pressure, life exhaustion—basically anyone overwhelmed.
• “I will give you rest” → Not just physical rest, but deep inner peace and spiritual relief.

This verse flips the idea that you need to “get your life together” before approaching God. Instead, Jesus says: come as you are—tired, stressed, imperfect—and that’s where transformation and rest begin.
