We all make mistakes and we reflect on those mistakes so that
we don’t make the same mistakes again. Generally, self-reflection over time
leads to self-awareness. But unfortunately, not all reflections add to our
mental wellbeing, nor do they add to our performance. In this episode, I distinguish
between the types of framing questions that hinder our performance and those
that help.
