This episode is an invitation to rethink everything we’ve been told about pregnancy.
I’m sharing what I’m doing this time around—yes, the protocols, practices, and supplements—but more importantly, the deeper inner work. The part where I question why we expect pregnancy to be uncomfortable, draining, or painful… and whether that’s truly our reality or just the programming we’ve inherited.
Even though I chose to do pregnancy differently last time, this one is taking me even deeper—into more intention, more awareness, and more truth. I’m letting go of the belief that struggle is a requirement, and instead leaning into ease, trust, and softness.
Because maybe pregnancy isn’t meant to break us.
Maybe we’ve just never been taught to carry life in a way that honors us.
If you’re pregnant, want to be, or simply want to do things differently—this one’s for you.
This episode was sparked by a few comments I’ve gotten lately—people telling me how “lucky” I am to be a stay-at-home mom. And while I am grateful, the truth is: every version of life comes with its own challenges. Being home with your kids, working full-time, doing it solo—there’s no perfect path. It all requires choices, presence, and honesty.
We often romanticize parts of other people’s lives without seeing the full picture. But what if instead of comparing or judging, we saw what we admire in others as a mirror—showing us what’s possible for us, in our own way? This episode is about getting clear on what you truly want, recognizing that desire is often about a feeling, not a specific reality—and knowing that you can create your own version of what you crave. I also share how I’ve been using ChatGPT as a tool to explore my subconscious desires, reframe my thinking, and dream in a more expansive way.
In this episode, I share my personal healing journey with Hashimoto’s and melasma—but this conversation is for anyone navigating skin concerns, autoimmune issues, or any chronic symptom that’s left you feeling disconnected from your body.
I talk about the moment I stopped doing all the things—the supplements, the restrictions, the protocols—and started deeply listening to what my body had been trying to tell me all along. This episode is about the power of intuitive healing, how symptoms are often sacred messengers, and why real transformation doesn’t have to be hard… it can actually be soft, simple, and incredibly freeing.
Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just feeling out of sync with yourself, I hope this lands like a deep exhale and a gentle nudge back home.

After six years of building and running Bloom, my esthetics business, I’ve made the decision to close this chapter and step into something entirely new—being a stay-at-home mom. But this transition isn’t just about work; it’s about identity, self-worth, and learning to exist beyond the labels I’ve attached to myself. In this episode, I’m sharing what it’s like to let go, to trust the unknown, and to redefine success on my own terms. If you’ve ever struggled with big life shifts, questioning who you are outside of what you do, this one’s for you.
I originally thought my first trip to Costa Rica would involve a retreat and Ayahuasca. I was ready for a big, mind-blowing spiritual awakening. Little did I know, I could have a deeply spiritual, transformative experience without consuming anything at all. In this episode, I share how three weeks off the grid—with my husband, my daughter, and no social media—brought me back home to myself. No grand epiphanies, no rituals, just the clarity that comes from stillness, simplicity, and presence. I also dive into Mel Robbins’ Let Them Theory, the unexpected sexiness of being a little mysterious, and why I’m embracing a year of flow, freedom, and caring a whole lot less about what people think.
As the year draws to a close, December invites us to De- lete, De-Clutter, De-tach, . In this episode, I explore the deeper meaning of decluttering—whether it’s your home, your mind, or your social media. Inspired by the winter solstice, I share how deleting social media has helped me reconnect with my own voice, individuality, and peace of mind. Join me as we embrace the power of detachment and learn to let go of what no longer serves us—just in time for a fresh start. What I’m releasing and what I’m calling in. Letting go of old identities and labels and fully trying on the label of just me, as a wife, and as a mother.
In this episode, we embrace the quiet magic of winter, exploring how to slow down, protect your energy, and connect deeply with your body and inner voice. We’ll talk about saying no without guilt, loving and accepting your body, and releasing fear around food. Instead of getting lost in the hustle, let this season remind you to nourish yourself—mind, body, and soul—and to find joy in the stillness.
In this episode, we dive into the analogy of a bowl of murky water, reflecting on how our emotions can settle but remain unresolved. We explore the importance of truly processing and releasing our feelings, rather than letting them lie dormant, waiting to resurface at the slightest bump. It’s about embracing the complexity of being human—acknowledging and feeling our emotions without subscribing to labels or letting them define us. Tune in for a heartfelt conversation on healing, letting go, and living authentically.

October 23rd marks 30 years since my mom left this earth, I’m marking the moment with a tattoo in her honor—and a fresh take on life. In this episode, we’re getting real about how the mind loves a good problem (spoiler: it thinks it’s keeping you safe) and how shifting your perspective can change everything. Life isn’t happening to us—it’s happening for us, if we choose to see it that way. From grief to gratitude, gripping to surrender, and ink to insight, this is about choosing to look at life and time and this bendy little moment we get to make the most of and start living in a way that feels really good.
