Gary Steensgard joins the show this week! 23 year US Army veteran who spent most of his service as a recruiter finding the best talent for the Army has now transitioned that experience into being a leader in employee relations. This past year with the Covid-19 pandemic his years of service has prepared him to handle these type of situations better than most. Also we talk about the man behind some of the best military movies and making them as real as possible, the US Air Force has crowd sourced a new name for a fighter squadron, and the USA and Japan have extended the agreement to keep US troops there for at least one more year.

Retired Army Colonel Todd Mayer joins us today, a tank commander during operation desert storm. Coming up on 30 years since that conflict took place, he shares some memories and thoughts. Caroline Shaw is an Army Reserve Officer whose experiences overseas are rare and exciting.  Trained as an IT specialist that once deployed took a chance to volunteer for Cultural Support Team (CST) working side by side with SF and Rangers in forward operations and helping gain much needed intel. Still currently serving as a company commander in the Army Reserves, we are so proud of her service!! Sadly Caroline couldn't stay for the whole show so we had past guest Tim Koester on to discuss recent financial movement with the stock market.
