Rose Smith is the Founder & CEO of Black Women In Business and R.O.S.E.S (Reaching Out Supporting Every Sister). She is also an Author, Editor, Life Coach, Event Planner and Community Activist. But, most importantly for her, she is a servant of God. And, because of her faith she is a firm believer that we all matter.
Mrs. Smith is the creator, organizer and host of several community events that provide a platform to bring people closer together, and to help shine light on those doing great work in our communities. Some of her events are the Desire To Inspire Women's Empowerment Brunch, William D. Jones Memorial Basketball Tournament, Community Easter Egg Hunt, Back To School Drive (free school supplies given to students), Meet The Author Extravaganza (showcases Texas Authors and Poets) and a Thanksgiving Drive.
She loves life and is fueled by the desire to maximize her potential and that of anyone around her. A hard work ethic and a desire to learn and teach flow through her veins. And, as a Life Coach, she focuses on personal truths and self-examination, because it is her belief that real change must start on the inside of us.
