Kaila talks with Pediatrician, IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), and Breastfeeding Medicine Specialist, Dr. Cindy Rubin about the costs of breastfeeding in regards to a person's mental health. The two women discuss the various challenges a lactating person is confronted with when faced with the task of feeding their new bb and why it's important to keep bringing up how breastfeeding is for many, how seeking help is never a bad thing, and why it's okay to prioritize one's mental health above anything else.
