About 3,000 tonnes of food are discarded daily as they are approaching the expiration date or due to small blemishes that are deemed unsightly to shoppers. These however, are still safe for consumption and could potentially feed many underprivileged and needy individuals. For the 2nd installment of our Food For Thought special, Phillipa & Mark joins us on the show to talk more about curbing this issue with the introduction of The Lost Food Project.
