Not taking enough drops or capsules per use
Not taking it often enough per day
Giving up too soon and not trying the products for 30 days
Step 1: Find your number of drops or capsules per use.
Remember to increase your daily usage by 5 drops every 2 days. When you start feeling results, stop increasing and keep the same number of drops per use. See page 13 in my Usage Guide for a chart on how to increase your drops over the first 14 days of use.
For capsules, increase after 2 days of use.
Step 2: Add more uses each day.
Within 1-4 days after finding your ideal usage amount, if you notice that the effects wear off too early in the day, this is when it's beneficial to add more use(s) per day.
Continue use for 30 days.
While a lot of people get quick results with CBD and CBDA, for others it is more of a cumulative effect and can take up to 30 days.
