Despite the enormous quantity of books, how few people read! And if one reads profitably, one would realize how much stupid stuff the vulgar herd is content to swallow every day. The most important decision you make is to be in a good mood. The comfort of the rich depends upon an abundant supply of the poor. BH Sales Ala Carte Program Direct to The Manufacturer Glyphosate-Tested ORGANIC HEMP SEED OIL Grandpa has received updates over at my BH Sales Virtual Mall that hemp seed oil is back in stock at the Health Ranger Direct to The Manufacturer is back in stock at the Health Ranger Store

The right to freedom of movement includes the right to move freely within a country for those who are lawfully within the country, the right to leave any country and the right to enter a country of which you are a citizen.
The right to leave a country to go somewhere else. For example, a citizen that has a right to a passport and to leave a country without undue hindrance. Is freedom of movement in the US Constitution?
Freedom of movement within and between states is constitutionally protected. The right of Americans to travel interstate in the U.S. has never been substantially judicially questioned or limited UNTIL???
Today we talk more about the natural ,plant based, wild crafted and earthen derived clays ,tinctures, superfoods, for both animals and their humans. All in a assimilating group of like minded intuitives Changing The Future Outcome for 2022 and BEYOND
Freedom of movement began as a way to encourage people to travel to fill jobs after the Second World War. The idea was that a mobile workforce would help boost the economies of the EU's six founding members, and perhaps discourage future conflict on the continent.

Grandpa Bill today asks
Can CBD increase a dogs appetite?
Have you administered CBDa to your dog?
This is all as a prelude to Dr. Jeffrey Feinman joining me on this podcast next week. Today Grandpa Bill highlights a direct cited article from Dr Jeff re: Lyme Dis-EASE AND MORE!
CBD Increases Appetite And Helps With Nausea: If you have trouble getting your dog to eat, CBD can help. The National Cancer Institute reports that CBD increases appetite. In animal studies, CBD has also been shown to help with vomiting and nausea, even when they're the result of toxins and drugs.
According to Dr. Klein, CBD is also used because of its anti-inflammatory properties, cardiac benefits, anti-nausea effects, appetite stimulation, anti-anxiety impact, and for possible anti-cancer benefits, although there's no conclusive data on this use.CBD and Antidepressant Drugs
Several antidepressant and antipsychotic drugs are metabolized by the same enzymes as CBD, and taking them in combination could theoretically increase the likelihood of adverse effects. In six human patients on citalopram or escitalopram, the addition of CBD (200 – 800 mg daily) significantly increased citalopram blood concentrations. Adverse events reported for these participants were mild and included fatigue, diarrhea, and nausea.
Furthermore, like many antidepressants, CBD stimulates serotonin receptors, and taking more than one drug with this mechanism of action could theoretically increase the risk of a rare condition called serotonin syndrome. No case reports of this interaction have been described in the scientific literature.

Are You Feeling Family Separation Anxiety?
Do You or Another Elderly Person or Family Member Feel Ostracized?
Ostracism+Exclusion or ostracism is so painful because it threatens this need and the core of our self-esteem.Coping can mean the person tries to harder be included. For example, they may try to engage in behaviors that might foster acceptance: mimicking, complying, obeying orders, cooperating or expressing attraction.
If this tactic doesn’t work, and hope for inclusion is lost, people stop worrying about being liked and decide they just want to be noticed. In this stage, they may resort to provocative behavior and even aggression.
However, if a person has been ostracized for a long time, people can’t continue to cope with the pain and often eventually give up. This is the third stage, called resignation.
The third stage is called resignation. In some people who have been ostracized, they become less helpful and more aggressive to others in general. They also may feel an increase in anger and sadness. “Long-term ostracism can result in alienation, depression, helplessness, and feelings of unworthiness.”
When a person feels ostracized they feel out of control, and aggressive behavior is one way to restore that control.
Here are some tips if you have experienced ostracism:
Seek a safe, supportive therapist, counselor or wise friend who can help you traverse the pain. Seek out healthy individuals who are accepting, healthy and supportive. We also need to be aware (and teach our kids) that ostracism hurts people as deeply, if not more so, than a physical wound.
Sometimes, ostracism happens unintentionally and for no reason, in this case. When you are feeling composed and confident it’s important to stand up for yourself and remind the other person that you are also important.
Being lighthearted and finding humor in these situations may pay off. By understanding that nothing catastrophic happened by someone else ignoring and excluding you can help improve your mood.
At the Amen Clinics, we have compassionate therapists who may be able to help you find peace, self-esteem, and acceptance after a painful ostracizing, shunning or other experience of being excluded. We may also be able to suggest exercises, supplements, and if needed, medication to help.

Does Your Dog Have Dry Flakey Skin and a Dull Coat?
Are You Happy with Your Dog Food?
The number one treatment  for symptoms is to raise the quality of the food, going from commercial to fresh food. The food could be cooked or raw, anything that is given in variety and moderation. But certainly, stick with the wet food for cats. Dry food can predispose cats to things like obesity, diabetes, and other health issues including kidney disease. The number one treatment for a cat with an unknown diet is upgrading the diet to a fresh food.
I hope that answers your question. I’m Jeff Feinman, holistic veterinarian here in Weston, Connecticut, and I’m answering pet parent questions for HolisticActions!. Thank you for joining.

Grandpa Bill today asks:
Are there times you wonder if you should go to the vet?
Do you wonder what you can do to help your pet live a longer and healthier life?
DR Feinman+
Quality of life and happiness for our beloved companion animals.EWS (Early Warning Signs) which are a key part of Holistic Medical Decision Making (HMDM).
Are there times you wonder if you should go to the vet?
Do you wonder which tests to do when you're at the vet?
Do you wonder if there are any other treatment options for your pet?
Do you wonder what you can do to help your pet live a longer and healthier life?
HMDM decreases uncertainty whenever you need to make a health care decision for your pets.
Here are the three easy steps:
STEP 1 - DECIDE YOUR GOAL
It may be to:
Preserve life in an emergency
Quickly resolve current symptoms
Gradually improve overall vitality and balance, along with improving symptoms
Have her perform better at agility
Improve her trainability
Prevent relapsing symptoms and future dis-eases
STEP 2 - DO YOUR RESEARCH
Observing and describing your pets' symptoms is the most important research.
Learn specific methods you can use safely at home to stimulate and support your pets’ bodies while they heal.
Use symptom Context + Interpretation to become Empowered (CIE) and take control of your pet’s health.
Consult with your holistic health care team and Holistic Actions!
STEP 3 - IMPLEMENT A HOLISTIC ACTION
Use HMDM’s ASC™ method:
Avoid known triggers like specific foods, allergens, vaccines, toxins.
Support your pet’s body with healthy nutrition and lifestyle, massage, Reiki, flower essences, TLC, etc.
Cure the internal energetic imbalance with homeopathic medicines, chiropractic or acupuncture.
After any treatment or lifestyle change, reevaluate all current symptoms and overall well-being: Does your pet feel better overall in addition to the symptom improving? Or is a different treatment needed? Continue to reevaluate frequently until your pet is well in every way. If your pet is not getting better or improves then worsens, it’s often because the symptoms were not looked at in context.
Persist and persevere.

Grandpa Bill will SOON be welcoming Dr.Jeff Feinman to my show Prelude to Dr. Jeffrey FinemanAppearance

What is your pets biggest health issue?
Would you like to ask a question about your pets health from Dr .Feinman?
Holistic Actions-If you’re here to find helpful, trustable guidance on how to give your pet their happiest, healthiest life, you’ve come to the right place!
EVERY PET IS UNIQUE:THE IMPORTANCE OF SYMPTOMS
Every animal, like each person, is unique and thrives on lifestyle changes and treatment interventionsthat are tailored to fit their individual needs.
By learning to use your pet’s symptoms as valuable clues for optimizing every aspect of their life, you’ll be able to treat them with highly individualized approaches.
It’s important to understand that by the time your pet exhibits outward symptoms that trouble has been brewing for some time. Symptoms are what happens when there’s enough “smoke” in your pet’s system to trip the “fire alarm.” But where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and it’s not enough to silence the fire alarm (simply suppress symptoms). You need to find the fire and put it out! And then repair the damage by rebuilding vitality and balance.

Do You Utilize Supplements for Your Dogs?
What issues does your dog experience?
Grandpa Bill revisits his 25 + Years as a Sole Proprietor providing Kennel Kelp here's
The Kennel Kelp Anthology+ Thorvin breakdown and more details in todays episode.
Kelp is low in calories and packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It’s especially high in both iodine and calcium, and in recent years, more people have been adding dried kelp to their soups and salads, blending it into smoothies, or sprinkling it on veggies and meat to infuse nutrients and salty flavor without adding excess sodium.
Ascophyllum Nodosum variety of kelp for its dental benefits. It does seem to really help decrease the amount of tartar and calculus that forms on the teeth for both people and dogs and cats.
Seaweeds can also support skin health—particularly in dogs with coat or nose pigment issues that are caused by low thyroid function.
In fact, the iodine found in kelp—and iodine’s relationship to thyroid function—is one of the main reasons people use kelp, according to Roberts. Iodine deficiency is one common cause of hypothyroidism, in dogs, which can disrupt heart rate, body temperature and, most notably, metabolism. Kelp may help boost a dog’s iodine levels and support thyroid function if dosed correctly.Seaweed helps support digestive sensitivity in pets. This is because it is packed with fiber, which contains anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and anti-rheumatic properties. Seaweed is also full of prebiotics which helps sustain good bacteria in your pet's stomach.

Sadly, many Americans do not even realize that the water they are drinking is unsafe – especially in 2021.
But studies suggest that “tens of millions of Americans are still exposed to unsafe drinking water each year.” Most of us are familiar with the water contamination issue in Flint, Michigan. It’s the first place that comes to mind for many of us when we think of water quality issues.
But there are far (far) more American cities that have poor water quality.
According to Consumer Reports, more than 25 million Americans drink from the worst water systems in our country.
