Hello ladies, gents, and non-binary folx! Happy final day of Black History Month. To end of our Black History Month series, we are joined by Fariba Al-Hassan and Nikayda Harris, third year students studying Public Affairs and Policy Management at Carleton University. Fariba and Nikayda are the co-presidents of BSPA Carleton: the Black Students in Public Affairs club on Carleton's campus. They joined us to discuss why they created BSPA, their experiences as Black students in PAPM, the importance of representation for Black students in the public affairs sphere, and their hopes for the future of both BSPA and public affairs.
