Ma tells that as Spiritual Seekers, we must remind ourselves again and again that this life is for knowing our Real Identity and to realize it. We have to live this knowledge, every moment in our thoughts, speech and activities. The Self alopne is everywhere inside as well as outside. The feeling that there is nothing but the Self, should become ours.

Poojya Swamiji describes his sadhana in the pre-sannyasa life, his meeting with Baba and how the 'deeksha' (initiation) propelled his spiritual journey to its beautiful culmination. Swamiji had overwhelming measure of Gurubhakti and earnestness towards the sadhana. This was also complemented by an intense scriptural reading and exposure.

Poojya Swamiji talks about the nature of Brahmavidya which this ashram stands for. He dwells in detail on the brahmavidya deeksha, its significance and effects. He also speaks about the Vedantic meditation that is to be followed after such a deeksha.

Poojya Swamiji tells us that after getting initiation (Diksha) from his Gurudev, the only occupation for him was to be engrossed in the sadhana. To sit, think and identify with the Truth. The mind and intelligence are used to interact with the inner presence, contemplate on it, to bring more and more refinement and reformation to the mind and intelligence, until at last it identifies with the very Source of them.

Poojya Swamiji enlightens us that it is Knowledge alone which will remain with us. This knowledge is the Self, transcending all known and unknown, all ideas and concepts. It is the presence denoted by the term ‘I’. This knowledge alone appeases all the agitations and turmoil caused by the world around.

True introspection will lead to dispassion and non-expectation. Such desirelessness leads one to liberation.

Whatever is to be known is the substratum of all the perishable objects of the world, Swamiji says. Therefore the knowledge within the process of introspection itself.

Poojya Swamiji says, “”Introspection should be considered a real austere sadhana. The purpose of the sadhana will be and should be to bring about a direct effect on your mind and inner personality. If you have all these points incorporated in your introspection, then that is truthful introspection, spiritual introspection, infusional introspection.””

In his profound elucidation of Bhagavad Gita's verse 5.17, Poojya Swamiji expounds on the journey towards Truth. Upon receiving wisdom from the enlightened, our quest transcends mere awareness; it evolves into understanding, a deep internalization of Truth. Yet, this journey doesn't culminate in passive recognition; rather, it beckons us to embrace Truth ardently, allowing it to illuminate and shape our lives. As we nurture this flame of wisdom within, the impurities of our mind dissolve, and the constraints of our intellect loosen their grip.

Poojya Swamiji reveals to us that a person who does all his activities devoid of desires, expectations and imaginations, and who is rooted in the knowledge 'I am Consciousness', not the body - all his actions and their effects are burnt off by the Spiritual Wisdom. He becomes liberated from all shackles of worldiness. Such a person is considered a Jnani - an enlightened One.
