बरसों पहले, तीन दोस्तों का एक समूह साथ रहता था। लेकिन जब उनमें से दो ने अनजाने में तीसरे को इतना प्रताड़ित किया कि उसने एक भयावह आंदोलन को जन्म दे दिया—“और चिल्ला” आंदोलन। यह घटना कैसे एक दिल दहला देने वाली दास्तान बन गई?
इसी से शुरू हुई वह कहानी, जो आगे चलकर “हँसता हुआ नूतनी चेहरा” के रूप में सामने आई।
