On the last BHP Short, I shared Part 1 of my notes from The Power of Success event. This episode is Part 2 and it features my notes from the Tony Robbins portion of the event.

  • What makes the difference in the quality of our lives? Start by digging into these 3 decisions that shape our lives (every minute of every day)
    • 1. What are you going to focus on?
      • What you have or what is missing?
      • What you can control or what you can’t control?
      • Focus on past, present, or future?
      • Focus = feeling
      • 2. What does it mean?
      • 3. What are you going to do?
      • We all have an emotional home. We go back to this home in good times and bad. What is YOUR emotional home?
        • Identify our emotional home (guilt, anger, stress, frustrated, fear)… if we don’t change this conditioning, this is all we’ll ever know.
        • The quality of your life is where you live emotionally.
        • Don’t change you. Change your patterns.
        • Complexity is the enemy of execution.
        • The Success Cycle
          • Belief/Certainty
          • Potential
          • Action
          • Results

            • One final thought here:

            What we can do is amazing. What we will do is usually disappointing.
