In this moment I was parked in a car & I sat for a while. I love to do this for my solitude & to see nature. I love the freedom of it  to sit, and be calm with nothing around you bothering you. I have these moments alot. Now I turned them into Parked Thoughts.

In this episode Bianca talks about how being gentle with yourself is vital to your self love journey.  Traumatic events such as lost of a loved one, financial issues, unhealthy relationships, unhealthy environments, bad habits and continuously making the wrong choices in life can cause you to be angry and put that anger out on others.

Taking time to heal is important, when you start to heal from your pain, you can start to be gentle with yourself. You do not always have to be so hard on you, because people were hard on you, or your circumstances were difficult to get through. Life isn't a struggle its a journey, so on this journey Bianca wants you to know it is ok to be gentle with you

In this episode I talk about how your environment you lived in as a child or even as an adult affect you and the choices you make.

What you are familiar with will be the choices you make in your life unless you choose to do the opposite which should be what is best for you and others, not what will cause harm to you or others.

How does this factor into self love? Life is a journey and as we go through different phases and stages in our lives, we are absorbing lessons and trials at the same time trying to figure out who we are. At some point we will come to an awakening moment if we choose to where everything we have gone through will either push us into who we are supposed to be or keep us stagnant in fear.
