Imagine having a little taster of what seems to be a potentially delicious relationship… only to have it disappear on us suddenly, leaving us bedazzled then equally frazzled.

A sweet ‘aloha’ to everyone ♡  

Today’s podcast is a personal one about how I found love in my forties by making a wish and holding it close to my heart, surrounding it with gentle prayers everyday.

Is it really this easy to find love—by simply making a wish with your fingers crossed? 

Sometimes, it really just is. And sometimes, making a wish opens the door and, while it might take some time, it does start the process. 

One thing is for sure, in order for your love to come your way, you have to dare to dream, to allow yourself to believe that love exists and it can happen to you too, no matter what your circumstances are. A  a wish is a firm press on the ‘start’ button which sends the message to the universe to get things going.

Darlings ♡ 

Here is the second and final part of sweet Bettina’s true love story. 

We will accompany her through the rest of her story with her true soulmate Jean-Pierre, after difficult battles they both had to win in order to be together in the first place (first part linked below).

“But destiny, we all know, has a mind of its own.And sometimes the future is set in stone.”

In the continuation of her story, we will hear about how love carries them through much happiness, and bliss, but also through the downs of life, illness, sadness and pain, keeping them as strong as can be through much difficulty. And if difficulty does turn into tragedy, what happens then? Some turn sad, some also lose their hearts along with their will to carry on… 

But… 

…Some take this sadness and transmute it into a candle and lead the way to help themselves as well as others who might be grieving to walk into the light. And it’s endlessly inspiring!

This is what Bettina shares with us today. 

And for anyone else who has lost a deeply loved one, I’m so very sorry for what you’ve had to go through and I’m hugging you—this one is for you.

I’m back with another story which has left me endlessly inspired. 

Below is a little taste of the lovely Bettina’s story—a story of placebo joy, painful awakening, despair, courage, strength, rebirth and finding your wings despite everything that happens in life. 

“It was only a few short years ago that I was being sucked into the deepest of depression, feeling invisible, unheard, unseen and unloved. 
But now I was deeply in love with this wonderful man that saw and heard nothing but me and he was also deeply in love with me. We were absolutely crazy about each other.
I felt like all the happiness that we had not been able to feel for so many years had been collected and was now raining down on us. 
I used to wake up feeling trapped in a horrible nightmare but now I would wake up to a reality that was more beautiful than anything I could have ever dreamed of. Living was such delight.”
