There is something called bias, that keeps us from getting in any harm.

Most of our biased thoughts are subconscious, gathering some alarm.
Ninety-five percent of these biased thoughts require zero to no thought.
They come from our experiences and values that we have been taught.

But a part of the brain called the amygdala lets us know we’re in trouble.

If we don’t use our conscious brain, we’ll be found underneath the rubble.
When we have little experience or don’t know what we should do or think.
Our conscious brain takes over, so our thoughts and actions are in sync.

Our brain is designed to do things automatically, to alleviate your stress.

But sometimes doing things without any thought, limits your own progress.
Our brain process images, by connecting them to what it is that we know.
It then determines if thought is something that we could possibly forgo.

It then applies bias, based on prior experiences, in order to keep you secure.

Your decisions become wiser with more experience and when you’re mature.
When you are uncertain and have limited experiences, your brain takes control.
Then your conscious thoughts begin to play a very important and vital role.

You will think carefully about how it is that you behave and that you interact.

This will always cause you to act very responsibly, and act with good tact.
It is okay to have some bias, but being self aware and thinking are the key.
This allows you to apply thought, when your heart and brain don’t agree.

When your heart and head don’t agree, you should always proceed with care.

Your conscious and subconscious thoughts, should always be ones you compare.
When they don’t agree, your behavior can be thoughtless and quite impulsive.
The very last thing in the world it is that you want is to be seen as compulsive
