Bible Baptist Church of DeQuincy

Pastor Steve continues in his series on the first disciples of Christ with another installment on Thomas.

This has been lowered from the original key of C to a slightly lower version one step down in Bb. The demo has been lowered as well and is in a lyric format to practice with. This should save a lot of vocal wear and tear on the guys singing lead. In the .pdf section below, the attachment has the lead sheets in both G and Bb for guitars, keyboard and bass.

If you need anything else on this one, please let me know.

I have demonstrated at the piano the key and style for this particular hymn with an add-on ending. Check the chords out at the deceptive cadence near the end.

Solo on verse 1, all in at " I know that I need You" in unison. Chorus in parts. Bridge solo 1st time, unison 2nd time. On the "Oh's" all but the soloist sing "oh's throughout". Soloist sings "again and again" over the "oh's."

Simple presentation with 1st half of each verse in unison and the last half in parts. Final tag is "but this i know with all my heart..."

Standard format, unison (and/or solo) on verses and parts on the choruses and bridge.

Unison on verses and first half of bridge. Harmony on everything else.
