Today's we're reminded of how vital the acquisition of godly wisdom is to our success in fulfillment of God's purpose for us. Success or failure begins with our thoughts. The Apostle Paul's exhortation in Philippians 4:8 helps us find clarity.

Philippians 4:8 KJV

[8] Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

In today's episode, our hearts are drawn to reflect on what we have learned in previous chapters about the power of CHOICE. Reinforcing the law of: SEED, TIME AND HARVEST.

Focus verse today. "The law of the wise is a fountain of lie, to depart from the snares of death". Proverbs 13:14

"The hand of the diligent shall bear rule; but the slothful shall be under tribute". Proverbs 12:24

If you don't work on building your own successful life, someone will hire you to work on theirs.

We have the ability to succeed in our God ordained purpose. The question is: do we have the will?

Today's episode is drawing our attention to the benefits of righteousness, (being in right standing with God); as opposed to the results of following the ways that opposes Godliness.

We all have the power of choice; wisdom, provides the right support that enables us to ask the right questions, seek the best solutions, and take the right actions to avoid unnecessary loss.

Today, we are exhorted to be productive, diligent, sober and knowledgeable about our purpose, need and expectations.

There is nothing random about us or our lives. We're each created, ordained and appointed for a specific purpose, which we learn to fulfil through our mindset, attitudes, actions and achievements. As we transition through different stages of life: we gain experience, understanding, abilities, family, friends, teams, skills,positions, responsibilities; opportunities. How we manage all of these determine our success levels and legacies.

The purpose for the lessons that we learn are to shape us into the image of God in Christ Jesus.

Success in the details! Wisdom teaches us to read the fine print before signing the agreement. Never hurry when Accuracy is needed.

if something looks too good to be true, check the label again. Believe in what the Lord God Creator says about you. Read the manual for detailed instructions, trust that they are always right.

The excellence in wisdom provides richness in the hearts of those who diligently seek her out. Her children recognise the value of of being prudeent in making choices that affects: their spiritual emotional, relational, social, financial and physical success.

Wisdom is multidimensional, and adds excellence to wherever she is welcomed.

We're are instructed in chapter 7 of Proverbs, to be watchful and wary of the seductive ways of the immortal systems and practices that are being offered to the young and vulnerable especially. Learning obedience and love for the laws that build us up in wisdom and strength of character will be our best defense.

In chapter 6 of Proverbs, the Father is entreating his children to choose the path least tread; where the successful, stable, wise and happiest people are.

Wisdom is not a quick fix. Just like patience, it's gained through tests, trials, asking, seeking knocking, diligence faithfulness.

Today we are being warned against opening our hearts to the seductive ways that give quick pleasure but are actually meant to destroy our lives, future and hope.

Let us draw near and pay close attention to the teaching of the wise all knowing instructions of our heavenly Father, so we can escape the clutches of deception and lust.
