Bible Study on SermonAudio

This study examines Genesis 3:16-24 to explain the origin of human suffering, relational conflict, and the necessity of divine justice. It highlights how sin introduced pain in childbirth and marital tension, contrasting these consequences with God's gracious provision of coats of skin as the first foreshadowing of Christ's atoning sacrifice. The message argues that human efforts to cover sin are like fig leaves, insufficient before a holy God, and that true redemption comes only through God's initiative to provide a substitute. By analyzing the expulsion from Eden, the sermon presents this separation not merely as punishment but as a merciful act to prevent eternal sin, ultimately pointing to the gospel where God justifies the ungodly through faith in Jesus.
