Ezekiel (Program #18) – The Outer and Inner Courts

In the temple in Ezekiel, there are two courts – the outer court and the inner court. Originally, we were all wandering outside the wall, in the world and apart from God’s purpose. But praise the Lord, we pass through Christ as the gate and by the mercy of the Lord, we began to enjoy Christ in the outer court of God’s temple. Eventually, we pass through Christ again into the inner court. And that’s when the service and ministry to God begins.

Ezekiel (Program #15) – The Outward and Inward Recovery by Life

Ezekiel chapter 36:26-27 are classic verses in the entire Old Testament that are essential for us to understand and to know the Lord in an intimate way. They tell us, “I will also give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you; and I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and My ordinances you shall keep and do.”

Ezekiel (Program #14) – God’s Recovery by Life

The Old Testament book of Ezekiel is broken up into four main sections. The first section is the amazing vision in chapter 1 of God’s move. Then from chapter 2 through 32 it covers God’s judgment and the degradation of God’s people. And then we jump to a very encouraging section – the third section which is God’s recovery by life from chapters 33 to 39. And this recovery by life will issue in God’s holy building from chapter 40 through the end of the book in chapter 48.

No. Do not fall away from Grace. That is, don’t fall away from the enjoying of Christ in the New Covenant way. But rather, take grace, stand in grace, run the race, enjoying Christ every day.

Hebrews chapter 11 is a famous chapter in the Bible focusing on faith. It reveals marvelously that faith is the free gift of God, and further that it makes God real to us. But, there is a goal to the giving of this gift, and the goal is presented in chapter 12. The goal of faith is our topic today on the life study of the Bible.
