Not fearing is learned by walking in faith trusting the promises of God's word. Being victorious in the battle while walking in this world, requires casting self out mortifying the flesh, by not walking in self pleasure. we have to be active in fighting the christian fight.

We look at not fearing but standing upon the promises of spoken to His people of faith. We trust in what He had promised in His word, both to will and to Do, as it has He promised, He's able to do and bring to pass, which He swore by Himself because there was no greater. The obedience of faith that drives out all fear, being washed by the word, obedience kept from the evil that is in this world.

as we walk down here and life's shadows are cast upon us, we can not fear, for our Lord tells us to fear not. We show a lack of faith in Him being in control when we are fearful since He did not give us a Spirit of Fear. His word should ever abide in us giving us the promises of God to us through our Father Abraham the Father of the faithful.

We see the Prophet address God's people not to fear, this fear is the world's type of fear or dread, anxiety, stress. of circumstances, health and finances. All sorts of things in which we have made into idol or graven images, whereby those very things are the ties that bind us to the thinking and lives of this world, not the children of God, those of the promises.

In silence, we are learning the instructions of the Lord. We are to wait upon Him to lead and guide us by His spirit, which regenerates us, renewing our minds and purifying our purifying with His word. There's patience and joy in His presence while waiting upon Him to perform His marvelous works, we rest in Him where we are complete, He's our Sabbath rest.

If we follow the Images and Idolatry that Israel engaged in in the Old Covenant, we will see that it is permeated in the New Covenant age, by some of His professing people to a seeming greater extent. Along with the advances in imagery, science, technology and modern-day inventions, it makes it apparent that the return of Jesus could not be far away. Man has placed himself upon the throne, and has begun modeling God in his image, denying the very God that redeemed them. It is the time of strong delusion where man believes the lie.

We as ministers of Jesus Christ can not allow ministers -ministers of light-, to cloud God's teachings making His Laws and commandments seem obsolete or done away with. By living in this nation that leads in idolatry and graven images worshipped we have to fight a spiritual and not carnal war. Being sure His people study His word, pray and not forsake the assembly together of our selves.

We today look at Isreal in the Babylonian captivity, ought to understand their struggle with graven images and idols. we are awash with them, consistently growing influence of them and the demonic infleuces behind them. Especially with the Church in our nation having Apostatized -Fallen Away- from the true and living God. Here a constant barrage of false teachers, and hypocritcal religious political leaders.

The nation of Israel was addressed for their idolatry by Hosea, but it is somthing that has been part of their lives throughout their journeying. Rachel stole Laban's household gods, Joshua told them to get rid of the gods among them and choose the God they were going to serve. Aaron was easily persuaded to make tangile images they could use to facilitate their worship. We are no different today worshipping images and idols that bring us into bondage.

We as fallen man, are destined to worship. That leaves us as creatures that are idol factories, until the true and Living God rescues us from the bondage of our fallen nature, and brings us into the light of His marvelous Kingdom, by birthing us into the family of God. We can then enjoy the liberty we have in Jesus Christ our Lord.
