Worshiping God in spirit and in truth is a static truth, and has been true from the beginning. God has always given man choice, but he requires us to worship him how he wants. 

The Bible talks a lot about worship, and we see that God cares about how he is worshiped. We must worship God in spirit and in truth. It is necessary that we worship, and that we do it correctly. 

A “new” style of preaching is plaguing our churches today. Weak preaching focusing on style over substance. Unfortunately this starves the people of the Bible they need!

Generations past have raised up children that are driven by constant change. These are the people now becoming leaders and preachers that flow along with the theological currents of the day instead of following God’s word.

From Abraham to Joseph, from Daniel to Esther, and from John to Paul, God’s children have had opportunities to have a godly impact on the political climate of their day. The watch is now ours. Will we wield our influence in this arena for Christ?

God’s people are not exempt from the influences, whether good or bad, of the political landscapes wherein we find ourselves. In a Constitutional Republic, not only are we influenced, but are able to be influencers. All Christians have the responsibility of influencing the world around us for God.

This question, posed by the wicked king Ahab, was designed to shift the blame for Israel’s problems from himself to the man of God. This tactic is still used frequently today.
