In a hurricane the most safest place to be is in the "eye" or center of the hurricane, nevertheless, you first have to reach the "eye" or center without causing yourself great harm or disaster. Life will most certainly cause you to have personal storms that are like "hurricane's" in magnitude. The key to weathering these storms is found in Jesus Christ and His protection, i.e. the "eye" or center of the hurricane. When you are protected by Jesus the storm cannot defeat you, all around will be disaster and destruction but on the inside, the center, you will be safe and secure. In this episode Pastor Joseph teaches us that Jesus is protecting us through the storms in life, in the very midst of them we are safe because we have placed our trust in the One who holds the very air we breath. Storms of life cannot harm you because Jesus Christ is right there to shield you from any harm that the storm brings into your life.

Most people in life are "almost persuaded" in their decision making - they are 99.9% there but 0.01% causes them to hold out. Have you been holding out on all that God has intended for your life? The enemy of your soul wants to keep you out of the destiny God has ordained for you, he'll use whatever he has to for that to happen.  Don't hold out, God is calling you up to a higher standard, dare to be convinced not just "almost persuaded." 

In 2 Samuel 9:1-13 we see that King David invited Mephibosheth (grandson of King Saul) to come live with him in the King's palace. Mephibosheth had done nothing to deserve this kindness, David bestowed it upon him because of the covenant he had made with Mephibosheth's father Jonathan. On a cross outside of Jerusalem Jesus Christ made a covenant with mankind, he sacrificed himself so we might have the privilege to stand before God in righteousness. The King of Kings has invited you to the palace, will you accept his invitation? Don't continue to live in the "slums of life", God has ordained you to live with him in the palace! Today, is a new day! Come out of the waste places and into the place of abundance God has prepared for you, the palace is before you, come into the house.
