  • 22| Anointed, Not Underpaid: The 3 P's of Kingdom Marketplace Income

What if the reason you're anointed but underpaid isn't a lack of gifting, but a lack of alignment?

You pray. You serve. You show up for your business, your family, and your assignment. And still, the paycheck doesn't match the purpose. Today, I'm going to show you three results that come when you stay rooted in the kingdom mission, and why the Word of God gives you a picture of exactly what that looks like.

    Stay with me.

Welcome, kingdom woman. I'm so glad you're here.

This episode is for the woman who knows she's called to the marketplace. She's building, leading, creating, and serving. She's also a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend. She's holding a lot, and she wants a fulfilling income, a zero-debt money system, and the peace that comes with it.

Today we're anchoring in two Psalms: Psalm 1 and Psalm 23. And we're unpacking three results: the right People, the right Processes, and the Paycheck.

  • 21| 3 Elements That Women of Faith Breaks Income Ceiling with. Proverbs 31 Money skills.

3 Elements That Turn Faith into Income

Welcome back to Biblical Wealth for Women. I'm so glad you're here.

Let me start with a question Jesus asked in Luke 18:8: "When the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?"

Faith. Not just on Sunday. Not just in the prayer line. Faith on the earth, in our homes, our businesses, our bank accounts.

Many of us have real faith. We pray, we believe, we declare. But our income hasn't moved. Today I want to give you three elements that take faith out of your head and your heart and put it into your hands. Let's go.

Look at the woman in Proverbs 31. She doesn't sit at home waiting for a financial miracle to fall from the sky. Verse 16 says, "She considereth a field, and buyeth it." She thinks, she evaluates, and she acts. Verse 24 says she makes fine linen and sells it. She had a product, she had a market, and she delivered.

Notice she didn't have a miracle without a method. Her faith had a field to buy and linen to sell.

So ask yourself: What is in my hand? God asked Moses that same question. A skill? A recipe? A gift for teaching, organizing, designing, or encouraging people? God multiplies what you put into motion. He rarely multiplies what you only intend to do.

  • 20| WHY CHRISTIAN WOMEN HIT AN INCOME CEILING- Wages, Job Loss, and Inherited Money Patterns

An income ceiling is not always a spiritual problem. Sometimes it's a wage structure, sometimes it's a season of job loss, and sometimes it's a pattern you inherited. When you know which ceiling you're under, you can respond with wisdom instead of shame.

    Key Scriptures: Proverbs 14:23; Proverbs 21:5; Proverbs 22:29; Ecclesiastes 11:2; Genesis 41:34–36; Proverbs 31:16–18, 24; Ezekiel 18:14–17; Philippians 4:12–13.

    Welcome back, friend.

Have you ever felt like you are working hard, praying hard, and doing the right things, but your income just stops at a certain number? You get a raise and the bills grow to match. You build a little savings and something breaks. You feel a ceiling over your head, and you wonder: Is God holding out on me? Is it me? Am I doing something wrong?

In our last lesson from Ezekiel 14 through 16, we talked about how idols, putting money, status, or comfort before God, can block our growth. That is real. But I want to be honest and balanced today, because not every ceiling is an idol. Sometimes the ceiling is a wage structure. Sometimes it's a job loss or a layoff. And sometimes it's a pattern you inherited from the people who raised you.

When we confuse these, we either blame ourselves for things we didn't cause, or we ignore the things we can change. So today, we're going to name three real ceilings and give you practical steps for each one. Grab a notebook. Let's go.

    Three takeaways:

    1. Wage ceiling: raise your value and add a second path. Sow in market more solutions.
    2. Job-loss ceiling: build a buffer and a plan before you need them.
    3. Inherited-pattern ceiling: name it, break agreement with it, and write new family rules.

    5. 19| Why Women Who Earn Six Figures Still Carry Six Figures of Debt: Breaking the Golden Handcuffs of Debt

      Sister!

      You earn six figures.(USD)

You also carry six figures of debt.(USD)

And every single payday, something happens in your body before it happens in your bank account — a tightening in your chest, a pull in two directions at once. Part of you wants to celebrate. Part of you is already bracing. That's not just stress. That's the physical signature of a woman who's been taught to feel guilty for having money and afraid for not having enough of it, at the exact same time.

That tension in your body on payday? That's the golden handcuff tightening.

Today, we're using Deuteronomy 28 and Proverbs to name exactly what's creating that push and pull — and by the end of these 15 minutes, I'm going to give you four questions that will tell you more about why you can't relax into your own income than your bank statement ever could.

SIX HABITS BLOCKING YOUR INCOME GROWTH :

HABIT #1 — NOT PAYING YOURSELF FIRST AFTER GIVING GOD TITHE

HABIT #2 — WAITING TO EARN MORE BEFORE YOU START OBEYING GOD

HABIT #3 — "SOMETHING ALWAYS COMES UP" AND PEOPLE DEPENDING ON YOU(IMPULSIVE GIVING WITHOUT A WRITTEN MONEY PLAN)

HABIT #4 — THE BELIEF THAT "TOO MUCH" (ONE SIZE FIT ALL NUMBERS)SAVINGS IS WASTEFUL

HABIT #5 — BEING "A SAVER" WHO NEVER MOVES THE NUMBER (AMOUNT TO SAVE FROM EACH PAYCHECK )

HABIT #6 — LETTING DEBT AND WEALTH-IDENTITY COEXIST(YOU CAN BECOME A MILLION DOLLAR INCOME EARNER WHILE PAYING OFF DEBT)

      Let's get into it.

Deuteronomy 28 gives us this picture in verses 1-3 and the rest of the chapter speaks of the blessing  that comes with diligence and obedience to God’s instructions. Even in the area of stewardship of your income. Become a disciplined spender who will eventually become a leader that has to lend . ( Lender identity) over waster who stays begging and borrowing to survive.

"You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow... he shall lend to you, and you shall not lend to him. He shall be the head, and you shall be the tail."

Head or tail. That's the whole episode in one line. Debt isn't just a math problem — it's a position. And a lot of high-income women are living in the tail position with a head-position paycheck. You're earning like the head. You're living like the tail.( with the survival money mindset that keeps you from doing the faith works in your personal finance)

    6. 18| 3 Keys to Financial Fortune with Biblical Wisdom

Welcome back, my brave, beautiful, breaking-the-cycle woman. I'm so glad you're here.

Today's episode is called "3 Keys to Financial Fortune with Biblical Wisdom." We're going to walk through the Word of God, the ways of God, and the will of God, and for each key I'll give you real, step-by-step actions to grow your income.

Here's how this will work. Every step comes from two places: Scripture, and the place of prayer. I believe the Spirit of God gives specific strategy to those who ask. And I believe you can't build a fortune while hating the woman building it. So self-love is woven through all of it.

Quick honesty before we start: this is faith-based encouragement, not personalized financial advice. Use wisdom, and consult a qualified professional for your own situation. Also, I'm not selling you a "name it and claim it" fantasy. God's promise is not that every believer becomes a millionaire. His promise is wisdom, provision, and purpose. Fortune, in the biblical sense, is fullness: enough to live, enough to give, enough to build.

      Grab a journal. Let's pray.

      OPENING PRAYER

"Father, thank You for this woman listening right now. Open her ears and her heart. Where money has been a source of fear, bring peace. Where old habits have kept her small, bring freedom. Speak to her by Your Spirit, and give her wisdom, ideas, and courage. Let her hear You clearly. In Jesus' name, amen."

    7. 17| The 3 W's to Grow Your Income — Using Biblical Wisdom as Your Money Compass

Here's the truth: growing your income isn't just a financial strategy. It's a spiritual assignment. And like any assignment God gives us, He doesn't leave us without instructions. He gave us His Word as a compass — not a suggestion box, a compass. Something that points us back to true north no matter how far off course the culture tries to pull us.

Today we're walking through three W's:

      1. What is God's purpose for your personal finances this year?

      2. Who are the strategic partners God is pointing you to build wealth with?

      3. Where are you getting your information about money from?

What — God has a purpose for your income this year. It's not just survival. It's a

      lampstand.

Who — God is positioning strategic partners around you, but excellence and integrity are what get you found.

Where — your financial information should be filtered through Scripture and Spirit-led wisdom, not hype.

Here's your challenge before the next episode: take out your journal tonight and write down honest answers to all three W's.

      What is my purpose?

Who is actually in my corner?

Where have I really been getting my financial information?

      Don't rush it.

Sit with God on this one.

If this episode blessed you, I want you to do two things.

First, share it with one woman in your life who's ready to stop treating her money like it's just for surviving and start treating it like the assignment it actually is.

Second, hit subscribe so you don't miss next week, where we're going to dig even deeper into building wealth God's way.

Until next time — stay rooted in the Word, and let it be your compass for every dollar in your hand.

    8. 16| Why Kingdom Giving Is Never Forced -Tithe is the test of Faith in your personal Finance

The Coin in the Fish’s Mouth: Why Kingdom Giving Is Never Forced

A foundation teaching for Kingdom Wealth Creators

The Story That Changes How We See Money In Matthew 17:24–27, tax collectors approach Peter and ask whether Jesus pays the temple tax. Jesus already knows the question before Peter even speaks. He asks Peter a piercing question: do earthly kings collect tribute from their own children, or from strangers? Peter answers correctly — from strangers.

Jesus makes the point that as the Son, He is technically exempt. And yet He pays it anyway. Not because He’s forced to, but so as not to offend. He tells Peter to go fishing, and in the mouth of the very first fish he catches, he’ll find a coin — enough to cover the tax for both of them.

This is the picture I want you to hold onto: the tax collectors represent the world’s system — compulsory, impersonal, extracted whether you’re willing or not. But Jesus doesn’t operate that way with His own. He doesn’t garnish. He doesn’t send a bill.

He provides — supernaturally, specifically, and in advance of the need — and He invites participation rather than demanding it.

Intimacy Before Increase Here’s the piece most financial teaching skips: the tithe was never meant to be the starting point of your relationship with God’s provision. Fellowship is the starting point. The tithe is simply what grows out of it. “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” — Isaiah 26:3 Before Peter ever went fishing for that coin, he had spent months walking with Jesus, watching Him, trusting Him, being formed by proximity to Him.

The miracle in the fish’s mouth wasn’t a transaction — it was the natural overflow of a relationship already established. That’s the order I teach my community: presence produces provision. Not the other way around.

When giving flows from intimacy rather than obligation, something shifts internally. You stop asking “how much do I have to give” and start asking “what does gratitude look like this paycheck.

    9. 15| Why Tithe First? What Christian Women Must Do With Income, Savings, and Debt to Build Wealth
The First Tenth: How Putting God First Can Transform the Way You Build Income

What happens when you stop treating God as the one who gets what is left—and intentionally put Him first in your income?

In this episode of Biblical Wealth for Women, we unpack Genesis 4:4–7 and Abel’s offering to uncover 3 kingdom wealth lessons:

      1. Tithe to God first — build your financial system around honoring God before spending.
      2. Stop comparing — your financial assignment is different, so your wealth system doesn't have to look like anyone else's.
      3. Trust God as your Source — your giving and kingdom service are acts of faith, not transactions designed to manipulate God into rewarding you.
      4. Learn how putting God first can help you shift from simply earning and spending money to stewarding income intentionally, pursuing debt freedom, and building multiple streams with wisdom and purpose.

        Your Faith-in-Action Step

Before your next income is spent, ask:

What belongs to God? What needs to be protected? What debt needs to be eliminated? And what can I build?

        Tithe → Put God first

Debt reduction → Increase financial capacity

        Savings → Create protection

Income growth → Increase capacity to build wealth

Multiple streams → Create additional sources of income

Legacy → Turn income into lasting wealth

      5. 14| How to Grow your Income free of The exhaustion of stewarding marriage, motherhood, marketplace ministry.

Welcome back to Biblical Wealth for Women — the podcast where I help women grow their income using multiple streams, God’s way, without compromising their faith in God.

I’m so glad you’re here today, because we’re going to sit at the feet of one of the boldest women in Scripture — Esther — and pull out a wealth-building framework that I call The Three O’s: Opposition, Opportunity, Overflow.

If you’ve been telling the same money story for years — the story of scarcity, of survival mode, of “we’ve never had much and we probably never will” — today is the day we start rewriting it.

In our walk with God, we have to learn to hold two clocks at once.

Chronos is calendar time — the nine-to-five, the bills due on the first, the years that feel like they’re passing us by.

Kairos is God’s appointed time — the divine moment when everything you’ve stewarded quietly suddenly opens a door. Esther wasn’t just in the palace on Chronos time. She was there “for such a time as this” — Kairos time.
When you’re building your income, growing a business, negotiating a raise, or believing God for multiple streams of income, you are not just clocking hours. You are stewarding a Kairos assignment.

And Psalm 23 reminds us that God prepares a table — an overflow — even in

the presence of our enemies. Not after the enemies are gone. In the midst of them.
That means your overflow does not have to wait until every opposition disappears.

Your table can be set now.

      6. 13|From Nothing to Overflow: The Genesis 1 System for Income Growth, Debt Freedom & Faith-Fueled Wealth

What if your income growth strategy could follow the same pattern God modeled in Genesis 1:1–3?

God started with what appeared to be nothing, brought order to the chaos, spoke a clear vision, and created one day at a time.

In this episode of Biblical Wealth for Women, we apply that creation blueprint to building multiple streams of income.

        You’ll learn how to:

        • Start where you are instead of waiting for perfect conditions.
        • Give every income stream a clear purpose and structure.
        • Turn your gifts, time, talents, and knowledge into valuable income-producing assets.
        • Build systems that create repeatable income instead of constantly chasing money.
        • Focus on today’s assignment while trusting God with tomorrow’s results.
        • Your wealth is not built in one day. It is built by faithfully creating, organizing, and multiplying—one day at a time.

          Key Scripture: Genesis 1:1–3

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start building your biblical income growth system, this episode will help you take your next step.
