This week John and Jerod discuss all things having to do with dispensations, focusing on the transition period between dispensations.

Jerod asks about the decline in the age of mankind over time (lifespan).  They look to Genesis 2:16-17, Genesis 3:4, Psalms 90:10 and Genesis 6:3 for the answers.

In this weeks episode the guys discuss Elders and Deacons.  They look at Titus 1:5-9 and answer, “Where does Titus get authority to ordain Elders?”  They also look at 1 Timothy 3:1-13.

Jerod BS’s on his own this week, taking up the topic of the sin of pride.

The guys stay in Luke 16 this week and discuss the midrash in Luke 16:19-31.

This week the guys discuss the ceasing of animal sacrifices in this day, then taking them back up in the Millennial Kingdom.  In looking at this they go to Hebrews 10:1-16 and Ezekiel 43:1-22.

This week the guys take up the “unjust steward” parable in Luke 16:1-13.  Why does the Lord commend the unjust steward?

This week John and Jerod talk about “the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water.”, in 2 Peter 3:5.

The guys take up future things as they discuss what the Lord means when he says “this generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled” in Luke 31:32. In so doing, they also cover 1st John 2:18 as well as 1st Peter 1:7-1:11.
