I talk about touring a duplex and figuring out if I should bid on it or not.  The duplex is in the right neighborhood, but isn't exactly what I was hoping to buy.  It will need some work to get it the way I want to be and it smells, to be quite honest.  I decided to put in an offer anyway, because it's a lot of house for the right price and it seems like the sensible move to make.
