But, while the friends were hiding behind the couch waiting to yell "SURPRISE"... they realized that Burin and Stu were sleeping in. Much longer than anyone had expected.... in fact, way too long....

In order to get them out of the house, Douglas hatches up a plan... he asks Bruin and Stu to go out into the forest. He asks them to go out and find some green grass among all of the winter snow. That should keep them out of the tree house for a good long time. Or.... will it?

Bruin and Stu are sitting in the living room relaxing. If they don't move into another room, Douglas won't be able to get the presents and wrapping into the treehouse. And... he'll be stuck outside... freezing in the winter air.
