What happens when you are asked an obvious question?  Do you respond, react or think through what is being said to you?  Jesus asked a man who had been ill for 38 years; 'do you want to be made whole? 

What does He mean?  Enjoy!

We ask questions so we can solicit information and receive clarity.  It is therefore begging the question to ask a sick man if he wants to be well.  This is what we hear when Jesus asked the man at the side of the pool if he wanted to be made whole.

Knowing His identity is the first step in getting into a substantial relationship with Jesus.  Who is He to you?

By most standards, Need is a disadvantage.
