With every dream comes a pattern.  To build according to another's pattern is to build build a counterfeit dream.  What pattern are you building after? What can make you change your pattern?

Every dream begins as an idea that crystalises into a picture which must be bought into by others to ensure success.  Regardless of who might buy in, it is extremely important to maintain the pattern we received.

God gives us dreams, assignments and visions but He doesn’t expect us to go about accomplishing them anyhow. He gives patterns for each assignment. Sometimes we become so excited about what He’s called us to do that we don’t remember or bother to ask for the pattern. We simply rush out and start building.

Are patterns important, what have they got to do with the things God has called us to build?  Instructions are key to following the pattern God wants us to use, which is why He releases instructions as required and because He has called us to build different things, He doesn’t expect us to duplicate another person’s pattern. Do you have the capacity, and know you have the potential, but you seem not to be attracting the right worth? If yes, you can rest assured that there’s a way to go about it.

Do you know there is a difference between being a person of value and manifesting value? And that you are person of value or a valuable person, does not mean you produce value?

Everyone is valuable because God has endowed us all with value in peculiar ways.  Whether we realise that value, imbibe and live with the right value system or even process and produce value is all dependent on a few principles and another story all together!

Do you know you have the capacity and know you have the potential, yet seem not to be attracting the right worth? If that describes you, I can understand your gap and better still know how to fix it.

There is a difference between being a person of value, being valuable and producing value?  That you are a person of value or a valuable person, does not mean you manifest value?  However, everyone is valuable because God has endowed us with value. Whether we recognise how valuable we are is another matter though.  Living with the right value system helps a great deal too.

Being a valuable person is only as useful and important as the value you create, and that takes a process yet it is not a dash but a race. (more…)

What is coincidence? An interesting definition is God doing something and choosing to remain anonymous. God has it all planned out from the beginning, He has the entire picture that we don’t see.

It takes the ecosystem of purpose to deliver on most destinies. What if I told you that every destiny requires another to be fulfilled? What if I told you that everyone is important? The good, the bad and the ugly?

No man is an island. We’re all connected to one another. The ecosystem is about connectedness and interaction.  Many times, God uses the people He has placed in our circle to help us become or get to where He wants us to be.

It is said that a smile is a universal language everyone understands.  I have come to  realise that as universal as a smile is, purpose is even more so.  Purpose is so universal that it is recognised when it is seen whether words are spoken or not.

You can’t miss a man or a woman who’s living a purpose driven life in a crowd. There’s just something about Purpose that distinguishes and attracts. It’s not gender specific, it’s not race specific, it’s not religion specific, and it’s not status specific. Purpose is universal. It was referred to as “Personal Legend” in the book “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho.

There’s a legend in every one of us that wants to find expression, that legend is your purpose and whether you are ready or not isn't the question; because when purpose is ready, purpose will come calling.

Last week I did open the floor to have members of my tribe whom I value greatly to send in their entries and add the advantage of their stories and perspective to the show this week.

This episode's entries were sent in from Ope Malomo and Njideka Raleke-Obiora.  In listening to these powerful entries, I got reminded again that we all have stories and perspectives and that if we make the effort and do the work, everyone's perspective has the potential to help others move their lives forward.  So join us as we push again the timeless truth that a life lived on Purpose is the most Powerful life.

Who are your tribe members and what results do they have to show for the impact you’ve had in their lives? It’s good to know there are people who are impacted by what you do, after all one of the indicators of Purpose is that others are able to benefit.
