In a case out of California, the U.S. Supreme court delivered a big win for property owners. The ruling states that farmers have the right to exclude union organizers from their property unless they were paid just compensation for the incursion.

By contrast, the Biden administration is putting property rights at risk by changing interpretations and enforcement rules under the Endangered Species Act and the Migratory Bird Treaty. Biden’s changes allow bureaucrats discretion concerning how and when to place limits on peoples uses of their property. Biden’s changes also allow people to be criminally punished for otherwise lawful actions that unintentionally harm or kill protected species.
