President Biden’s Independence Hall speech last night amounted to incitement to violence against millions of supporters of Donald Trump’s efforts to Make America Great Again.

Biden effectively launched an officially sponsored color revolution – complete with an ominously lit Marxist red backdrop and military personnel literally in the shadows behind him. His rhetorical “othering” of “MAGA Republicans,” combined with the imagery, conveyed the unmistakable message that our armed forces will be weaponized against the “threat” they pose to “democracy,” as he has already done with the FBI, the Justice and Homeland Security Departments and IRS.

 Biden is right on two scores: “Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal” and that it’s a time for choosing. He is, however, greatly compounding what is wrong – namely, his presidency and policies – and intent on foreclosing Americans’ ability to choose an alternative.
