We welcomed the local guys from Big Blue Restoration this week to talk about what you do in the case of an emergency!  There are do’s and don’t s for a homeowner, when it comes to insurance.  Mike Anderson and Zach Davenport give the rundown on your responsibilities as a homeowner, in a disaster situation.  MITIGATE YOUR DAMAGES!  

We go through each part of the house that may be prone to a covered peril, like pipe bursts, house fires, etc.  We also talk preventative measures and safety tips to give yourself the best chance not to avoid a bad circumstance.   We cover a few disaster mitigation scenarios and cover what you do after the fact.
